- Memories
- The principal Mr. Harrington breaking his ankle on Halloween night while chasing some miscreants. An old buggy or an old car on top of the Catholic priest’s house on Halloween. | Evening activity on the Rice Seed Company bridge! The years after the school burned down–“Shoot-it”(the Latin and French teacher!), the 4th period study hall where Elmer Dering? pinned the math teacher to the wall every day at the end of the period, jumping out of the library windows when the fire alarm went off and running over to the bakery. The new school in our senior year–we couldn’t get away with anything–the teachers knew exactly where we should be.
