Dr. Patrick Matthew Cooke,55,of Old Springfield Road in West Stafford Connecticut died on November 27th,2008 at Mercy Medical in Springfield Massachusetts.

Patrick was born in North Bennington, Vermont on August 7th,1953 to Deane and the late Patricia (Dailey) Cooke. Patrick was married to Helen Fernan.

Patrick was a physician in the Springfield, Massachusetts area. His passion was raising and training his prized competition Vizsla’s .His charming, energetic and charitable personality will be greatly missed by the countless people whose lives he touched.

He is survived by his wife Helen Fernan of W.Stafford, CT, his father Deane Cooke of Watervliet, NY, three brothers; Daniel Cooke of White Plains, NY, David Cooke of Denver ,CO, and William Christopher Cooke of Sloansville, NY.

He was predeceased by his mother Patricia and a sister, Margaret Mary Cooke.
